How far in advance should I place an order?
The minimum time required to place an order is 7 days in advance however, the earlier the better.
Will the Cotton Candy melt?
No, If you follow the correct handling and storage procedures that will be outlined the cotton candy can last for a long time.
Can any flavour be any colour?
Yes, however only our passion fruit flavour cannot be changed.
Can the labels be customised in to any theme?
Yes. All themes and colours are welcomed.
Can I submit my own design for the labels?
Yes, you can however the image quality must be of good standard(not fuzzy).
Is it possible to add additonal labels to my order?
Of course you can. This will however be at an additional cost and the standard time required for placing an order applies.
Is delivery done to my doorstep or do we meet at specific locations?
This would depend on your location. Normally delivery is done to your nearest major mall. Due to the current state of the country, we do not venture into certain areas. Please see our delivery page for our boundaries.
Do you accept the full cash payment upon delivery?
No. A downpaymnt of at least 50% must be made in advance for an order to be confirmed.
Can I pay the full amount in adavance or does it have to be 50%?
Yes of course you can pay in full instead of paying 50%.
