General

By ordering from Hey Sweets you agree to be legally bound by these terms and conditons and accept that these Conditions may be modified or ammended and posted on this website from time to time.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all details in the order confirmation are complete and accurate as this is the document we work with when completing your order. We reserve the right to use images/videos of your order for any form of advertising including web-based promotions, galleries and competitions.

Payment and Deposits

A 50% downpayment is required to confirm your order and hold the date. A detailed price quotation will be issued outlining the cost breakdown and payment details. No further payment reminders will be sent as it is the responsibllity of the buyer to enure payment is on time. Failure to complete the said downpayment within 48 hours of placing your order may result in your order being cancelled. It is the buyer’s responsiblity to check any quote and invoice thoroughly before making payments. By making a payment the buyer accepts the terms and conditions as detailed on this page. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery or collection. 

No order is confirmed until we have received your 50% downpayment.

Refunds and Cancellations

Confirmed orders that are cancelled will only be refunded based on the following conditions.

  • More than 14 days notice is given – 100%
  • 7 – 14 days notice given – 25% 
  • Less than 7 days – 0%

This policy is due to the lost of business arising from turning away other bookings on that date. In the very unlikely event that we have to cancel your order for any reason, we will give you as much notice as possible and discuss the matter with you and try to agree a suitable alternative. If you do not wish to accept our suggested alternative, a full refund can be issued.

 

Product Information

Your items may have variations from the website images. We cannot guarantee an exact replica of any design but we will do our best to make it so. Exact colour matches can not  be guaranteed.

 

Price Quotations

All price quotations written or verbal are valid for 7 days from the date of quotation. 

 

Alterations

Any alterations and chanages to your order must be submitted in writing. This can only be faciliated dependant on the amount of notice given and our availablity. Accepting any alterations/changes is at our discretion. 

 

Rentals Items

A rental fee plus a security deposit will be required in advance. The buyer will be responsible to return the rental item/s to our address within 24-48 hours (on a working day). The deposit will not be refunded in the event that the rental item/s is/are damaged or returned after 2 days. Once the items are returned within the given time frame and we are satisfied that there are no damages we will issue a refund to the buyer. 

 

Damages

In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged it is the buyer’s responsibility to report the damage to us immediately and send photographic evidence if you wish to claim a refund or replacement. We accept no liablity for goods that are damaged after delivery. Some items are fragile and require care and attention while handling and storing. Please pay careful attention to the storage and transportation instructions that will be provided. 

 

Allergies

Our treats are made in an environment where nuts, milk, gulten and other allergens are present. We cannot gurantee than any of our treats is entirely allergen free although we make every effort to ensure that allergies are accomadated. 

 

Delivery & Collection

If the products are collected at our location we cannot be held liable for any damages to the products once they have left our premises. It is the responsbilty of the buyer to ensure that our products not be stored in the trunk of any vehicle. If the delivery location changes after the order has been confirmed additional charges maybe added to cover extra mileage. However, this will only be faciliated at our discretion. 

 

Complaints

We take complaints very seriouly, although they are rare due to the amount of work we put into each individual order. If you wish to make a complaint after receiving your order please do so in writing and include any evidence of faults or descrepancies. This must be brought to our attention immediately after collection/delivery.

 

Labels

All label designs are basic. Other advance/complex designs will be done at an additional cost and at our discretion. In the event that you would like to use your  design/photo do indicate this during the booking process. Additional labels can be purcahsed separately for any order.
